Returns If you need to return something - please read on:
If you are not satisfied with your order when you receive it, you should not return the goods without first contacting us by e-mail to tell us about your problem. We will then decide on what best action to take and whether the goods should be sent back to the manufacturer.
Once we have a mutual agreement, we will either ask our carrier to collect the goods, or alternatively we may ask you to organise the carriage back to us - we will provide an address at this point.
